PULSERISE LLC ("Pulse Rise," "we," "us") provides customer relationship management, communications, scheduling, project, and related business software. This policy explains how we handle information through Pulse Rise One and related websites and services.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details, company and team information, customer and project records, communications, files and photos, payment or integration metadata, usage and device information, and information submitted through forms, referrals, bookings, or support requests.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, route communications, support users, process requested transactions, maintain records, improve reliability, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Contractors using Pulse Rise One control their own tenant data and are responsible for their communications with customers.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile phone information and SMS consent are used only to provide requested communications and services. We do not sell mobile phone information. We do not share mobile phone information, opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that process messages solely to deliver the requested service, or when required by law.
Service providers and integrations
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, communications, payments, accounting connections, analytics, and support. A user may choose to connect third-party services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to legal and contractual requirements. Message recipients can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP and can request help by replying HELP.
